I believe that we do not get the same level of vitamins in our food today that we did 50 years ago, resulting in vitamin deficiency. Farming practices striving to improve profitability in food sales has too often sacrificed the usable quality of nutrition that our bodies need. Therefore we must add these supplemental vitamins to feed the body what we don't get in our food. So when I find a brand I like and know is of good quality, I search the internet for a source that gives me the best price. Yes, I shop around. I even sign up as a distributor to get the lower price on items I use regularly for myself and friends. I would rather get this nutrition from the food I eat, but...........
Our diet is not what it should be!
