SWOLLEN LYMPH NODE
I have learned to self check regularly for swollen lymph nodes throughout my body. Along side pain, they are a good red flag symptom that all is not well. So I would like to discuss further their role in the body, and encourage you to take closer notice of their condition. Had I done this before 2003 when the uterine cancer was found, I might have gotten treatment early enough to prevent it from going into the lymph nodes, making it stage 4 cancer.
Now I check for swelling every time I shower or bathe.
Finding and treating the swollen lymph nodes as soon as possible
is a very proactive approach to maintaining a cancer free body,
which is the goal!
WHAT EXACTLY ARE LYMPH NODES?
Since I am not a medically trained person, my definition comes from an excellent article in Wikipedia. Please link there if you want the long version. Short version is it's a small bean shaped organ of the immune system, distributed widely throughout the body and linked by lymphatic vessels.
The body has thousands of lymph nodes and when they swell
it is an indication of infection. Our marvelous systems were designed to combat harmful bacterias, viruses, parasites and fungi even before we have a clue they are there. If the infection is ongoing, they become so large and hard that the lymph fluid can barely get through to remove the waste produced from fighting the infection. From that stage they
can become diseased and cancerous.
During my radical hysterectomy, the surgeon removed several
hundred in the vaginal area and had them
biopsied. I received a copy of the report from the pathologist that confirmed that 25 percent of those removed were cancerous.
WHAT LOCATIONS TO CHECK?
***Armpit
***Under breasts
***Neck and just under jaw
***Sinuses
***Groin and abdomen
***Shins and inside of knees
***Arms inside the elbow and outside upper
I had suffered for years from a condition often called "restless leg syndrome", where I have pain in the front of my shins that makes me want to wiggle and move my legs. Little did I know that it was actually plugged swollen lymph nodes. And to this day, if something is going on in my system, they will plug up and swell with pain.
HOW TO PREVENT THIS?
There is no pumping mechanism to move the fluid through the
vessels. Movement is necessary for toxins to be moved through the body and eliminated through the liver, gall bladder, kidneys, and bowels. So if you don't exercise enough, your lymphatic system will be sluggish. The
best forms of exercise for this are:
***Jumping on a mini rebounder trampoline
***Jumping rope
***Jumping jacks
***Walking
***Running or jogging
Even with adequate exercise, they sometimes need some external help. The SWOLLEN LYMPH NODE THERAPY
is the very best method to immediately unplug those blockages using the Light Beam Generator (LBG). In less than an hour you can physically feel with your fingers that the knot is gone. However, there are also deep channels in the body, as well as the surface. The LBG will go down deep to treat them too.
The other must have for me is my Barefoot Connections bed pad. The pad is over my fitted bottom sheet at the foot of my bed. During sleep it connects me to the natural frequencies of the earth as the electrons flow through my legs and feet. I initially got this to relieve my lower back pain. The phenomenal result is that it seems to reduce the pain by promoting better flow through the vessels. It's just like I exercised twice as much. Take time to read some of the testimonials on the website. It helps so many different areas! Excellent! Swollen lymph nodes are not to be taken lightly, and I feel that most people don't realize what a great indicator they are that you're ill. My hope and prayer is that people will learn to listen better to what their bodies are telling them. Being in tune with yourself is a valuable tool that everyone can learn to do.
