VITAMIN LIST

Here I would like to make an easy to read vitamin list of what to look for when adding supplements to our diet. Listed are the alphabetical name along with the scientific technical name following in parenthesis. I would like to take a closer look at each vitamin individually on it's own page, with the B vitamins grouped as one.

Learning about eact nutrient on the list will help you make better food choices when you prepare meals and in what you choose when eating out.

If we could just get back to eating in a way that best benefits our body's needs......instead of eating as a national sport or recreational activity, we'd all be much healthier. But my husband and I often say, because we don't have many vices in our life, that when we want to do something special......

IT ALWAYS INVOLVES GREAT FOOD THAT'S NOT NECESSARILY HEALTHY FOR US!

So I think it is a matter of retraining our thinking to put our body's health before our desires to eat great tasting food. Having a life threatening disease such as endometrial cancer has forced me to to that. I believe I could have avoided the cancer if I were following these principles all along.

So I urge everyone to take a closer look at how you make food decisions, and start thinking about the effects of not taking in enough nutrition to fight off disease. This supplemental vitamin list should help you do that.
